What we are looking for:
We are looking for civil operators, ideally with prior large scale infrastructure experience . While we provide a variety of training and advancement opportunities for all of our people, our ideal candidates will have:
- Previous experience on relevant equipment e.g. Excavators, Dozers, Loaders, 6 wheel trucks
- Experience with GPS technology
- A current drivers licence.
- A current Constructsafe qualification
- Excellent attention to detail
- A strong work ethic, and be willing to muck in , and above all, a demonstrable commitment to health & safety.

About the Te Ara Tupua Alliance project
The Ngā Ūranga to Pito-One section of Te Ara Tupua will be built on the harbour's edge from Ngauranga Interchange to Honiana Te Puni Reserve in Petone connecting to the Pito-One to Melling section. Te Ara Tupua Alliance has been formed to design and construct the project.
Te Ara Tupua Alliance consists of Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency, HEB Construction, Downer NZ and Tonkin + Taylor - working closely with iwi mana whenua.
