实施和交付用工计划,员工关系、员工敬业度和其它人力资源相关工作。

岗位职责:
o熟悉国家各项法规政策

o熟悉各项薪资福利及财务流程
o解决涉及员工关系的问题,包括纪律、申诉、绩效管理
o参与相关项目的重组、裁员、重新部署;
o管理出勤及相关及员工健康状况跟踪;
o支持人员计划和特定人力资源项目的实施;
o提供日常人力资源建议和支持;
o与L&D经理合作,促进和/或提供专业领域的培训,包括员工关系、公司入职培训;
o支持所有继任规划和人才管理计划;
o确保遵守政策、程序和现行法律;
o负责与该职位相关的所有行政管理,必要时与人力资源协调员合作;
o与其它的人力资源部门同事合作,确保成功解决所有员工问题。

知识、技能和经验:
o10年以上人力资源管理工作经验
o有处理复杂员工关系问题的经验
o优秀的沟通技巧
o高度关注细节
o有与跨境团队合作的能力及经验
o熟练使用Microsoft Office,具备中级Excel和PowerPoint技能
o高度组织能力,能够同时处理多个项目
o积极主动的工作
o非常优秀的英文口语及书面表达能力
