We have an opening for a Customer Service employee in our Customer Service Team located in Maastricht, the Netherlands.
The company designs and manufactures components for controlled fluid flow including desktop dispensing equipment, precision valves, tips, dual dispensing cartridges and syringes. Their products are used in a broad range of market segments including, Life Sciences, Animal Health, Electronics, Automotive and Construction. Leading with innovation, they holds proprietary material and “0 waste” patents and technology to micro-dispense materials <0.2mm in diameter.
The Customer Service Team Member position processes transactions routed to designated customer service desks within the case management system. This includes processing inbound requests initiated via phone or electronically from internal and external customers for quotes, orders, and other inquiries.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Complete requests received via phone or electronically from internal and external customers;
- Create and manage standard quotations, sales orders, and returns in SAP in a timely manner according to established goals of the Customer Experience Supervisor;
- Handle internal and external customer inquiries regarding order status, inventory availability, delivery status, and pricing;
- Job duties may encompass international transactions and requests;
- Follow correct process to communicate with other teams to solve problems and get the information needed for an inquiry;
- Ability to learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies;
- Review case management requests to assign priority status and route to the correct customer service desk;
- Identify opportunities to enhance and improve their daily tasks;
- Base performance standards against established metrics to drive performance improvements.

- A salary between €2.400 - €3.000 gross per month depending on age and experience;

Your qualifications and skills
- Minimum MBO+ - degree (commercial or logistics);
- German language skills are required (writing and verbal) and verbal skills in English;
- General knowledge on business and work processes (supply chain);
- Relevant experience in a customer service related environment or a business environment is highly desired;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
