POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for a variety of functions within the distribution center, such as receiving, stocking, loading and unloading merchandise
Picking and operating heavy-duty equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts
Adhere to all safety standards
PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform duties assigned by Department Lead.
- Understand the functionality of a BOM (Bill of Materials).
- Identify parts by part number and by sight.
- Locate and deliver (without assistance) needed material to work stations as required by production schedule.
- Locate and return (without assistance) excess materials to stock.
- Understand and perform production reporting functions.
- Scale count finished products and packages.
- Accurately label finished goods as needed.
- Complete daily cycle counts.
- Maintain picking levels as required.
- Separate scrap in the weigh station as required.
- Consistently maintain a clean work area.

- Understand and comply with company safety standards and federal regulations.
- Must be a team player across departments.
- Good knowledge of use of scales, strong understanding of weight and measure principles.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
