We are looking for a
Project Manager who will own the entire onboarding project to designated enterprise customers and acts as the main focal point for the customer.
The role includes planning, scoping, execution, and governance of projects from initiation to going live for global strategic customers in the finance domain.
The chosen person is expected to create and maintain strong and long-term relationships with the different stakeholders of the customer, ranging from technical to business-oriented aspects.
This position liaises with internal and external stakeholders, including C-level.
The objective of the role
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
- Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope and schedule, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments
- Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, and timelines to ensure that the project team adheres to project requirements
- Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing ongoing contact on project status and changes
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage customer projects while maintaining good relationships and ensuring a high level of satisfaction
- Create and manage the plan for delivering solutions to enterprise customers in the finance domain
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools, and identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
- Set and continuously manage project expectations and scope with team members both internally and externally
- Collaboratively adapt existing and develop new project plans, processes, and communication standards between the project teams.
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans
REQUIREMENTS
- 5 + years of customer-facing project management experience in international hi-tech companies preferably in the SaaS domain
- Proven experience with Go-Live to production
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and changing priorities
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred qualification
- Proven understanding of the payment eco-system solutions for financial services
- Technical knowledge of Big DATA, Machine Learning
- Familiarity with Project management tools such as Monday.com
- Familiarity with customer success practices
- Foreign languages proficiency (Spanish, French)
