Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Job description:

Group HR Manager will join the Executive management team of tde and lead the development and implementation of global HR strategy, corporate HR policies and infrastructure for important functions such as recruitment, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits to support business operations, in line with company’s strategy & mission.

Job Responsibilities:

  • HR structure and process
  • Design, implement and maintain HR procedures and corporate policies that promote an effective and healthy work environment in compliance with respective labor regulations
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy; promote tde employer branding to external world
  • Create recruitment strategy and process, support department managers in developing recruitment plan
  • Create, implement and maintain smooth onboarding process including new employee orientation
  • Work with Executive Management to design strategy & plans for compensation and benefits, performance management, talent development and employee retention;
  • Organize learning and development programs together with Department Managers
  • Research, update and benchmark compensation standards in order to maintain competitive compensation structure
  • Monitor and maintain HR systems, database, metrics

Educational Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is required. A master’s degree in a relevant discipline would be a significant advantage.
  • Microsoft Dynamics HR Module: Proficiency or knowledge of the HR module within Microsoft Dynamics is a significant plus
  • MBA is a plus

Skills & Professional Requirements:

  • Experience in human resources management.
  • Organizational and well-structured skills
  • Leadership skill
  • Excellent emotional intelligence, good communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with relevant labour laws knowledge of health and safety laws is a plus
  • Experience in dealing with contracts, legal matters is a plus
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in management/leadership position

Base Salary:

As per the collective agreement of the Information & Consulting, an annual gross salary is € 60,000.00. Your actual offer depends on your skills and experience.
