As a Senior Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for all compliance-related issues in Luxembourg, closely collaborating with both the Management of the ManCo as well as the Compliance Leaders of the Apex Group. You will also offer support in data protection matters.
To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:
- Plan, design, manage and lead compliance-related projects
- Process regulatory inquiries
- Identify, analyse and report compliance risks
- Prepare and deliver compliance and AML related training courses.
To apply for this Compliance Officer role, you will need a minimum of 5 years of experience in Audit or Compliance in Luxembourg, preferably regarding investment funds and management companies/ AIFMs. You will also require the following:
- Excellent knowledge of the Luxembourg regulatory framework including AML/KYC, Delegation Oversight, UCITS, AIFMD
- University degree in Law, Economics or comparable professional education in relevant fields
- Ability to handle sensitive situations in a confidential and professional manner.
