- Drive value creation through providing the business with adequate financial insights to drive better operational and strategic decisions
- Develop and drive efficiency initiatives to constantly improve the service given to the business
- Provide ongoing input from a financial perspective for business decision-making, e.g. optimum transfer pricing model, sales compensation structure, sales terms, accounts receivable aging, inventory levels, clearance and phase-out evaluation
- Establish processes to closely manage key financial parameters, including OWC, DSO and cash flow to achieve annual targets
- Lead and drive the Accounting Team to constantly challenge the status quo and to drive efficiency initiatives e.g. process automation for supplier invoices processing
- Work closely with external stakeholders such as suppliers, banks and customers to improve the performance environment of the business i.e. identifying efficiency potentials with banks and working with customers to achieve all cash collection targets but yet also addressing customer’s needs.
- Deep and Solid business understanding of Finance and Accounting principles, processes, and structure.
- End-to-end mindset, big picture view of problems on hand.
- Experience in an operational driven environment (timelines, milestones management).
- Experiences on various modules of ERP system
- Very strong knowledge and hands-on experience on SAP FICO process and related master data setup.
- Broad and deep project management skills and experience in larger scale projects and/or change programs/initiatives; Experience in managing difficult and conflictual situations and meetings.
- Excellent analytical skills in order to analyze complex issues and to improve processes and techniques.
- Strong result orientation and pro-activity.
- Ability to maneuver and work in a consistently changing and cross-functional environment within different management levels of a global organization and understanding of external business drivers.

- More than 7 years of functional experience in finance department and at least 3 years of leadership experience as Head of Department

- Language skills: fluent in English spoken and written
