On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Personnel Logistics Coordinator to assist in scheduling, travel and accommodation booking, and training coordination of rig personnel.You will be responsible for ensuring that field personnel are provided with sufficient reservations and tickets to get them to their destination sites in the most effective and cost-efficient way possible. This includes transportation to the airport/heliport, necessary accommodations, and helicopter flights to the actual rigs and/or sites. You will be working closely with the PP to create the optimal conditions, and provide the necessary information and travel documents before travel.
Other tasks will include:
- Execute FSE personnel booking
- Record rig specific course evidence
- Evaluate and enroll personnel on rig-specific training
- Update OCS to and from rig and rig specific certificates
- Update travel schedules to/from rig and training
- Order helicopter transportation and inform involved BH personnel and clients as relevant
- Order airtickets and make hotel reservations
- Update personnel planner with call outs, changes and cancellations of personnel from clients
- On Call duty on a fortnite rotational basis
- Registering temporary personnel in OCS
- Processing SAP PO Requests
Personal qualities and experience desired:
- We are looking for an organised and serviceminded person for this assignment. You enjoy working in fast-paced environments, and aren't afraid to hit the ground running.
- No industry specific experience is required, but ideally you will have worked with coordination and logistics previously
- OCS experience and Excel compentencies are advantageous
Duration and Location:
This assignment is based in the Stavanger area, and our client would like the right candidate to start as soon as possible. This assignment lasts for at least 6 months, with possibilities of extension.
