We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Bachelor or Master student who is interested in making a difference in HR at Kraft Heinz!
The position:
During the internship- you get your own portfolio- projects- and responsibilities. You will get the chance to learn everything about Kraft Heinz- not only about the business but you will also get to know the people! You will find yourself in a young- dynamic- and international team- where you will be working as an equal business partner from day one. We are looking for someone who is energetic- ambitious- and driven. Our aim is to look for students who might stay at Kraft Heinz upon completion of their studies.
Responsibilities & Tasks throughout the role include:
Rewards:
- Supporting the Rewards team in rolling out compensation programs.
- Prepare reports and analysis for the team and for others to help drive better decisions.
- Support for the preparation of the Compensation process- Compensation Analysis- and Compensation Surveys.
- Be in contact with our main stakeholders by providing the best support.
Qualifications:
Job requirements
- Bachelor/Master- field of studies is less relevant. We are mainly looking for the right mindset!
- You should have good communication skills in English- both written and verbal.
- You are enrolled at a university for at least 50% of the internship duration.
NOTE: EU working rights are required (Either you have EU Citizenship- or you are studying in the Netherlands)

- Team player: You’re a team player- which means you’re sometimes a leader- sometimes a follower but always working towards the same common goal together with your teammates.
- Confident: Be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic.

What we offer you:
- Program start date: June / July 2023
- Duration: 5 or 6 months
- Allowance: 625 euro per month (40hrs- 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses
- Location: Amsterdam- hybrid
This is a hybrid position - you will need to be based in the Netherlands for the entire duration of the internship.
