People Solutions (PS) is a newly created function in HR and is one of the most significant changes to our new HR operating model. Together, our PS team will care for the end-to-end experience for every one of our approximately 80K teammates, from hire to retire. To make that happen, within People Solutions, we’ve designed a structure – thoughtfully and intentionally – that enables us to deliver HR expertise, technology and services at scale, maximize our investments in new technology, and show up for teammates personally during the moments that matter most to them.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The EMEA Regional Talent Solutions Lead drives delivery of Talent COE-developed solutions to teammates within their respective region—providing local tailoring and context as required to meet the overall intended outcome while improving adherence to global standards. They lead teams who deliver talent management, learning and delivery, and recruiting programs to teammates and people leaders in region. Additionally, they serve as important leaders in partnership with the Talent Solutions GPO to optimize solutions and elevate feedback back to the COE.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON?
Strategic focus
- Liaise with Managers, Business Leaders, COEs, and Business HR as needed regarding raised inquiries and continuous improvement of services within their specific region and scope.
Operational activities
- Oversee the talent services & solutions execution in the EMEA region, commonly including leadership of volume athlete hiring, local learning and development delivery, and TM programs and processes.
- Mitigate risk, compliance, operational excellence, and standardized delivery in employee programs, services, HR policy, process, and procedures
- Drive continuous improvement for service delivery within the region and participate in the Global Talent Solutions Community of Practice
Leadership
- Change leader providing vision & clarity for a complementary team of ~30 teammates.
- Lead the team managing the resolution of advanced Talent Inquiries and ruthless prioritization of work
- Fostering a culture of dedication and career progression, developing teammates and driving accountability and teamwork to deliver a flawless teammate experience
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
- Reporting to the VP People Solutions EMEA
- Leading a team of Talent Professionals in talent operations, retail & DC volume recruiting and Talent Management and L&D programming
- Talent Solutions GPO to continuously improve service delivery standards and to deliver a globally consistent experience to teammates.
- Talent COE to define processes and procedures for program delivery.
- People Solutions Regional Lead to collaborate on the delivery of high-quality HR Services
WHAT YOU BRING
- EXPERTISE ACROSS THE TALENT DISCIPLINES: proven experience at a strategic leadership level within HR and/or a Talent COE, bringing detailed knowledge and a combination of Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and/or Learning & Development
- MULTI GEO EXPERIENCE: Experience working in a multi-country/geography structure (ideally with exposure to European/EMEA markets)
- LEADERSHIP CAPABILITIES: Strong mentorship and coaching capability to develop talent; ability to empower and drive teams.
- TEAM LEADERSHIP: solid team management skills and experience leading experienced professionals.
- PROGRAM MANAGEMENT: program management experiences (e.g., managing several projects at one)- you can get into the detail if needed and provide a solid level of oversight into various delivery streams at once.
- STRENGTH IN BUILDING RAPPORT: Demonstrates the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with partners, customers, and key external constituents, including vendors and strong executive communication, and influence skills to a broad business audience.
- ANALYTICAL: good analytical skills with the ability to measure value and makes shifts as necessary
- COMMUNICATION: you are a great communicator with the ability to work a matrix, work through stressful timelines with grace, and keep a team engaged with clarity!
