The Role

Sinclair are currently recruiting for Operations Document Reviewer at their Almere office

The Operations Document Reviewer will perform reviews on batch documentation within the Operations department. The Operations Document Reviewer will improve the overall quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the batch review process and batch record flow within the Operations department.

The Operations Document Reviewer will have a finished MBO in administration and speak and write both Dutch and English.

Key Responsibilities

· Performs review of batch records (intermediates and final product)

· Timely and accurate review of batch documentation

· Makes corrections to the ERP system

· Keep the total operational overview up to date

· Sign off for the Operations Department on batch records

· Keeping personal training files up to date

· Correct execution of described tasks

· Reports any non-conformity to the Planning Manager

Your Skills & Experience – Do You Have What it Takes?

Essential :

· Finished mbo administration

· English speaker and writer

· Dutch speaker and writer

Desirable :

· Experience with medical devices/GMP (1-2 years)

· Previous experience in a manufacturing organisation
