Corporate & transactional Senior Lawyer to provide legal advice on corporate and commercial affairs, draft and execute all kinds of contracts and transactions and guarantee that Nissan follows legal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Negotiate, follow up and execute all kind of legal transactions within NMEX including IT/IS, Logistics, Marketing, Aftersales, Facilites, etc.
Provide legal advice on commercial issues to Marketing, Sales and Aftersales.
Follow up on Review Nissan Master Purchase Agreements and negotiate with suppliers and procurement.
Corporate governance (Shareholder Meetings, Power of attorneys, etc.).
Education/Certifications:
Law degree.
Postgraduate Studies (preferably).
Previous Work Experience
3 years' experience as in-house counsel for an international company and or well recognized law firm.
Experience on all kind of contracts and transactions.
Experience on corporate governance legal matters.
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Language: Advanced Professional English
Certifications: Corporate / business law, contracts, transactions.
Must have:

Self-driven.
Nice to have:
Automotive / Manufacture industry experience, project management skills
