We are looking for an energetic person to work as part of our team and ensure arrangements are of the highest quality when leaving our store. This is a full-time role which will require flexibility with weekdays and weekends. Overtime may be required, especially around peak seasons such as Christmas, Valentines' Day and Mother's Day.
General duties will include preparing card messages, adding gift items to the orders, checking the quality of arrangements and taking pictures/ videos of arrangements prior to being sent for delivery. You will also be required to liaise with the customer service team and assist them with queries and order updates.
Candidates must have:
- Good written and verbal English
- Excellent communication skills
- Be confident with I.T. and using apps on tablet devices
- Ability to answer the phones on occasion for basic queries
- A keen eye for detail

A basic knowledge of flower names and care would be preferable. Training can be provided on the job.
