We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers the unique opportunity to be one of the first people in the world to work with our cutting-edge AI product. You will be instrumental in understanding our customers' problems and helping them apply our AI solution effectively.
Tasks
You will:
- Understand and analyze customer problems
- Be a pioneer in the application of a novel AI product
- Help customers apply our novel AI product
- Simplify complex issues and provide effective solutions
- Work with high-tech technologies that are shaping the future
- Collaborate with the team to improve the product based on customer feedback
WHAT CAN YOU OFFER?
- Degree in Business Informatics or another STEM subject - motivated career changers are also welcome.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand and simplify complexity
- Good English language skills and German (min. B1/B2)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Self-Starter and the ability to move things forward
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn about new AI products
- Coding language skills are a plus
