Job Title: Factory Manager
Duties:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of factory operations, including production, quality control, and inventory management. Manage and supervise all aspects of door production, ensuring that schedules are met, and production targets are achieved.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet customer demands.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
- Train and supervise factory staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity. Lead and inspire a team of production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet customer specifications and industry standards. Implement and enforce strict quality control processes to guarantee the excellence of our final products.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and identify maintenance needs.
- Prepare reports on factory performance, including production output, quality metrics, and cost analysis.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure necessary materials, including glass and other components required for production.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control principles, and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficient in using computer software for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
