Job Title: Front desk Officer cum Secretary
Job Description: The Front Desk / Receptionist cum Secretary is responsible for managing leads, phone calls, managing client's relation, email & support, and handling queries & problems.

Responsibilities for Admin

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude, helping them navigate through an office and give them coffee's/refreshments as they wait.
  • Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, taking notes, and making travel plans.
  • Followup on Client Meetings, Invoices, Payments and Confirmations
  • Handling Zoom Meetings with Clients and Team
  • Managing Team Work and Remote Team
  • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field (1-2 years).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

LOCATION: Business bay

Salary Range: From AED2,500.00 to AED3,500.00 per month

Language: Fluent in English

Job Type: Full-time
