We offer a comprehensive 2-week training program to ensure that you have all the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role.
As a remote office representative, you will be responsible for speaking with both English and Spanish-speaking customers via Zoom calls. You will need to manage patient cycles, which requires excellent communication skills and the ability to be an effective leader. In addition, you will be responsible for basic computer tasks, such as using Excel and other software programs.
This position is a Monday through Friday position from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
During the first three months of employment, you will receive a salary of 15.000 MXN per month plus commissions. After three months, your salary will increase to 20.000 MXN per month plus commissions.
Comissions - 2000 MXN - 25.000 MXN.
