In this role, you will:
- Responsible for developing, managing and implementing the projects in a specified time and manner in compliance with regulations which result in improvements to the EHS system, Quality, safety and / or costs, in addition to supporting others for the solution of everyday problems . It also interacts efficiently with all departments and groups both internal and external to the plant to ensure machinery implementations, processes and initiatives in a timely manner.
- Detect opportunities for improvement in methods and processes, introduce and implement new processes and products; Must observe principles and rules established by technical or scientific disciplines such as (accounting, administration, communications, engineering, etc.); must rely on their own professional criteria based on their knowledge and experience.
- Coordinate all activities related to the projects and improvements of the plant assigned to it; Coordinate the Preparation and / or approval of Protocols and Summaries of IQ, OQ & PQ validations
- Provide assistance to the operations in the optimization of the plant, providing support in maintenance and / or changes in the Set Up's of the materials.
- Store analysis data and provide accurate reports, in addition to maintaining complete communication with the project and operations teams.
- Develop solutions in problems of operational assignments and situations in processes; Search and execute opportunities in Kaizen during testing, commercialization and duration of production processes.
- Develop, locate and communicate procedures, work instructions, forms and process maps which allow a consistent execution of the required processes.
- Schedule trainings with other group members to be competitive in all aspects of the project, manage data and help contribute knowledge in the organization of the plant for the processes and project management.
- Contribute to the objectives of the team and corporate finding innovative ways to meet the needs of the client and to conserve resources through efficient processes and motivate the team to improve their contribution both individually and as a group and thus achieve the desired results in the business.
- Ensure compliance with the requirements of quality standards and regulations according to policies and procedures already established; Provide assistance to the operations in the optimization of the plant, providing support in maintenance and / or changes in the Set Up's of the materials.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
- Professional degree in Engineering Professional.
- ENGLISH: Advanced Level.
- 4+ years experience in coordinating, leading projects or improvements.
- Knowledge about communication systems, software management (Microsoft Office, Autocad Visio, SAP, project management, problem solving techniques, know how to manage and manage working group interactions, this knowledge is acquired by developing projects, introducing new products, change and improve working methods, when carrying out capacity studies, they also learn by performing as Production Supervisor
