Sales Planning Support
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales Operation / planning
- Good command of English to stakeholders
- Good command of Hind/Tamil preferred to communicate stakeholders in India
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, responsible, self-initiative, and possess analytical ability
- Experience in SAP will be an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Work on sales target by market research and analyzing trends of India market
- Identify issues and opportunities for business improvement
- Develop innovative approaches to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth
- Provide guidance and support to operational teams in the implementation of business management plans
- Collaborate with external partners, including vendors and service providers, as well as internal stakeholders to ensure seamless business processes
- Responsible for production plan and monitor inventory based on forecast and sales demand
- Help communication with Indian sales agent
- Handle sales operation documents (Performa invoice, Sales order, Delivery order etc.)
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
