Formulation & Packaging Coordinator

Mission:

The postholder will be the leader on technical related to the products on matters such as formulation composition, production process, analysis, packaging requirements within the Industry Department, under the responsibility of the Senior Industrial Manager.

Main accountabilities:

The postholder handles the product formulation development taking into consideration the EU registration requirement and the marketing needs. He/she manages the research for alternative co-formulant and improves current/new formulations. He/she coordinates the formulation development with all the stakeholders in EMEA, Japan and US. The postholder handles all projects to create new packaging by defining it, checking compatibility with our products with the support of the Master Data manager. The postholder has a close relation with the Regulatory & Development Department to manage the samples by collecting their needs, and organize the production expected with the different stakeholders at each step. Moreover, he/she is the main contact with the Regulatory Department for formulation and packaging by checking the correct registration of the dossier and its contents. The postholder has the responsibility to create or update product monograph and communicate them to the right recipients. Finally, the postholder manages the new product manufacturing in close partnership with labs and tollers.

Skills and profile required:

Languages:

Fluent in French and English.

Education:

Engineer’s degree or Master’s degree in chemicals and formulation

Experience:

We are looking for someone with a significant experience in formulation. Production & Formulation expertise of plant protection product is required. Costs of Goods and Transfer price expertise should be a plus. Project management skills are required.
