We are a Chemical Trading Company based in Pakistan and UAE. We are looking for Sales & Marketing Associate.Qualifications & Required Skill Set:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Sales background or relevant certifications in the Chemical industry is a plus.

- 6-8 months of experience in sales & Marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at all company levels.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities, focusing on creating win-win solutions for both the company and clients.
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including project bidding, networking events, and online platforms.
- Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a proactive and resilient attitude towards achieving sales goals.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex client requirements and propose innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for effective pipeline management and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
