For our customer, based in Luxembourg, we are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Support Specialist.
As the IT Infrastructure Support Specialist, you will serve as the crucial link between our developers and infrastructure team, providing support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to application owners' needs. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, requiring proficiency in various technologies, excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on user satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive support and assistance to application owners, bridging the gap between developers and the infrastructure team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Active Directory features, Group Policy Objects (GPO), Windows Server operating systems, updates, certificates, and related infrastructure components.
- Utilize PowerShell scripting for automation, configuration, and maintenance tasks.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of databases, including indexing, scripting, and troubleshooting, with some practical experience in this area.
- Exhibit a customer-centric approach, being highly responsive and supportive in addressing user inquiries and concerns.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Utilize strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex technical problems in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with DevOps methodologies such as Scrum and Agile, fostering collaboration and efficient delivery of solutions.
- Possess a good understanding of ITIL processes and vocabulary to ensure adherence to established best practices.
- Thrive in a remote working environment, being adaptable and comfortable working on various topics and technologies rather than being dedicated to a single item or technology.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English or German languages, enabling effective communication with a diverse team and stakeholders.
