Are you a reliable and skilled individual who loves taking on the winter challenges? Gables Cottage Resort, situated near Orillia, is currently seeking a dedicated person to provide snow blowing services during the winter season. If you have your own snow blowing equipment and are passionate about helping us maintain a safe and pleasant environment for our guests, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Clearing snow from walkways, driveways, and designated areas within the resort property.
- Ensuring all snow blowing tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with the resort staff to prioritize areas that require immediate attention.
- Monitoring weather forecasts and being prepared to work during heavy snowfall.
Requirements:
- Must have your own snow blowing equipment to perform the job efficiently.
- Previous experience in snow blowing or related winter maintenance work is preferred.
- Strong reliability and punctuality to ensure timely snow clearing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Schedule: The position will be seasonal, specifically during the winter months when snowfall is prevalent. The schedule will vary depending on weather conditions, but you can expect to be called in on short notice during heavy snowfall periods.
