Smitty's is a locally run and operated Mom-N-Pop in the Stockton area. Est. in 2013, and featured on the show: Diners, Drive-ins, & Dives (aka "DDD") in 2016, and we are adding to the TEAM. We are seeking fun, outgoing, and high-energy individuals to join our team as part-time and/or full-time Dishwashers. As a Dishwasher, you are responsible for providing a clean experience for our customers. Our Dishwashers work as part of a team that provides excellent service and a clean, friendly and fun atmosphere.
About the Job:
- Maintains the dish room and ensures that all dishware, utensils, mixing bowls, etc. are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
- Busses and cleans guest tables in the dining area.
- Delivers trays of dirty dishware to dish room and stocks service area with clean dishware.
- Cleans and organizes back of house, including coolers, freezers and stock areas.
- Helps kitchen staff Clean floors and the removal of garbage in front of house and back of house, and parking lot, if necessary.
- Maintains and services restrooms.
